The focus of our work is on corporate, commercial, real estate and antitrust law as well as ongoing legal advice for transactions. We are accustomed to working together with specialists from the real estate industry, commerce and banking, and with asset managers, tax advisers, auditors and corporate finance advisers. In addition to our advisory work, we also represent our clients before the courts in the Federal Republic of Germany and before arbitration tribunals. This also includes advising injured companies in cases relating to economic offences and assisting them in pursuing their claims. Moreover, the president of the court of appeals appointed Dr. Rolf Jörke as a German notary in 2009.
